September Update

Here is our Aug/Sept update!

Over the past month & a little we have....
- Formed The Faulty Cat Fund & started fundraising for our first faulty cat Luna!
- Our trust deed has been written, signed & witnessed!
- Set up the website, facebook and instagram pages - we have almost 80 followers on facebook already!  (Don't follow us yet?  Facebook page here  and  instagram here!)
- Have made so many connections in many different places & with lots of wonderful people in our local community! 
- Started & finished the Bee The Change For Faulty Cats raffle! The raffle alone rasied $772!
- Designed & launched our first colouring competition, which has 4 cool prizes and already has lots of awesome entries!
- Been chosen as a partnering non-profit for the Taranaki Collectables 2024 Event! (More info here!)

AND probably the most exciting thing of all...

We absolutely smashed our fundraising goal for Luna and ended up with a total donation of $1080!!! 

Two of our trustees have headed out to Patea today (18/09/24) to meet Nicky & Luna from Kiwi Kitty Kartel and make our $1080 donation directly onto their account at the vets! This marks the end of our journey with Luna. We have been blown away by the huge amount of support we received - we can't wait to find our next faulty cat and start their journey!
