We get a lot of scaredy cats doing cat rescue and it can take a super long time for them to come around, if they ever do. Does this mean they are any less deserving of our love & support? Absolutely not!
Luna may remain a scaredy cat but his rescuers have committed to caring for him long term & a huge part of that is helping him recover from the illness he's currently facing. He has already had months of treatment which hasn't worked so he's headed back to the vets today (15/08/24) to get more extensive (& expensive!) testing and treatment done.
